DWF
DWF are our claims management team. Their claims adjusters and handlers have worked in law firms, brokerages, coverholders, insurance companies and Lloyd’s syndicates, blending valuable insurance market and legal experience. We will work closely with both DWF and Irwell to offer a seamless service from notification to settlement of any claims.
Our preferred route to claim notification would be with an email to irwell@dwfclaims.com as this would assist in complying with our claim notification condition within our policy wordings. Although, as you will note from within the policy there are alternative methods to notifying claims.
